Okorie Ekenedirichukwu Sunday

Founder & Managing Director

Okorie Ekenedirichukwu Sunday is an accomplished Electrical & Instrumentation Specialist with 8 years of experience in industrial power systems, automation, instrumentation, electrical maintenance, testing, commissioning, and project execution. He holds B.Eng./HND/OND engineering qualifications, an MSc in Project Management, and several professional certifications.

He has served as Engineer-in-Charge and Instrumentation Supervisor on major Dangote Oil Refinery projects, including a 450MW Power Plant, HRSG Plant, and Utility Boiler Plant, where he directed E&I installations, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field operations.

His professional experience with GTA Powermech/Skipper FZE Ltd., Konstelec Engineers Pvt. Ltd., TECON, TECHNO OIL Limited, and TASK INTER-TECH has further strengthened his expertise in industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, maintenance, and project delivery. He also possesses specialized training in industrial automation, electrical design, HVAC/BMS controls, Hi-POT testing, electrical controls, and solar/inverter systems.

At Sandrok Heavy Engineering Limited, Okorie brings together strong technical leadership, hands-on engineering expertise, and project management capability to advance the company’s EPCIM delivery model, with a strong commitment to safety, technical excellence, reliability, and high-performance engineering solutions across Africa.

Andrew Okonofua

Founder & Executive Director

Andrew Okonofua is a strategic business and corporate leader with a B.Sc. in Political Science and Administration, a Master’s degree in Administration and Personnel Management, and a Basic Certificate in Safety from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON). His multidisciplinary expertise spans leadership, people management, business development, corporate administration, and organizational strategy.

As a Co-Founder and key leader of Sandrok Heavy Engineering Limited, Andrew has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and strategic direction. He drives high-value business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder relationships while fostering connections with international suppliers, technical partners, and industry collaborators. Through these relationships, he helps position Sandrok to access innovative technologies, specialized expertise, and global engineering best practices.

Driven by integrity, safety, quality, compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement, Andrew is committed to building resilient organizational capabilities and sustainable partnerships that deliver measurable value. Finbarr O. Onuoha

Non-Executive Director

Finbarr Onuoha is a results-driven Business and Operations Management Professional with over 10 years of experience in business operations, strategic administration, people management, process improvement, project coordination, marketing, financial administration, and driving cross-functional collaboration and improving operational efficiency.

Combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, commercial awareness, leadership, and technology literacy to improve efficiency and create sustainable business value. Holds an MBA in Business Management, Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, and Diploma in Banking and Finance, with additional training in AI, Agile, Lean, digital marketing, analytics, and leadership.

A versatile and analytical leader skilled at translating organisational objectives into actionable strategies, aligning people and resources, improving operational systems, and driving business performance. Experienced in developing SOPs and workflows, leading cross-functional teams, managing resources and budgets, establishing KPIs, and resolving operational challenges.

Alero Marvis

Secretary

Alero Marvis is a seasoned Business Development Executive and Company Secretary with a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Arts and a strong background in business development, marketing, administration, and corporate coordination. She brings a professional blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and organizational expertise to her role at Sandrok Heavy Engineering Limited.

Prior to joining Sandrok, she served as Manager at Onshore Dock Nig. Limited and Marketing Executive/Admin at Jui Hua Nig. Company, where she developed experience in identifying business opportunities, soliciting contracts, engaging prospective clients, and building strategic partnerships. Her commercial insight and ability to cultivate productive relationships have contributed to sustained business growth.

As Company Secretary at Sandrok Heavy Engineering Limited, Alero supports effective corporate administration, stakeholder coordination, and organizational development while contributing to the company’s business expansion. Her commitment, professionalism, and strategic approach have played a valuable role in strengthening Sandrok’s market presence and advancing its growth objectives.

Joseph Otu Ochang

Project Manager

Joseph Otu Ochang is an accomplished Project Manager and Engineering Installation Professional with over two decades of hands-on experience spanning construction, structural steelwork, industrial installation, and engineering project execution. He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Calabar and has developed extensive field-based expertise through progressive Technical/Vocational Training in Fitting & Structural Steelwork and hands-on project management experiences. His career reflects a strong progression from skilled field operations to project coordination and supervisory responsibilities.

Joseph has built his professional experience with Dangote Flour Mill, Hurlag Engineering, Arbico Construction Company, KEPL Engineering, Skipper Construction Limited, and currently Sandrok Heavy Engineering Limited. Across these engagements, he has developed substantial expertise in structural and mechanical fitting, fabrication, plumbing, equipment and structural installation, and site supervision. His field-driven approach enables him to coordinate site activities effectively, interpret technical and construction drawings, and ensure that installation works are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications.

At Sandrok Heavy Engineering Limited, Joseph applies his extensive technical knowledge and practical leadership to the successful execution of engineering and construction projects. His strengths lie in project coordination, installation management, technical execution, workforce supervision, and practical problem-solving, enabling him to bridge the gap between engineering requirements and on-site delivery. Orefuyi Modupe Ebunoluwa

Human Resource Manager

Orefuyi Modupe Ebunoluwa is a dedicated Human Resources professional with three years of experience in people management, workforce coordination, administrative operations, and organizational support within engineering and project-driven environments. As Human Resource Manager at Sandrok Heavy Engineering Limited, she plays an important role in supporting a structured, productive, and professional workplace while contributing to the effective management of the company’s human capital.

Her professional experience with GTA FZE, S-Martins Engineering Limited, and Powermech Projects FZE has provided her with valuable exposure to human resources and administrative functions within technical and engineering organizations. She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, providing a strong foundation in organizational management, business operations, and workplace administration.
